Fox Bay features open floor plans, fantastic ammenities, and close convenient location to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola. You are a short 15 minute drive to Park City's Main Street, or you may enjoy any of the other eight nearby ski resorts.

Living Room
The living room is sure to be a favorite room in the house. The comfortable couch with cozy throws are ideal to relax in front of the gas fireplace and the large 32" VISO television. There is a small library available of a variety of VHS movies to view (from G-rated to R-rated). And at night, the couch pulls out to a comfortable queen size bed, if desired.
The sliding glass door opens onto a private covered deck, where you can lounge in the swinging hammock to take in the views of Deer Valley. There is also a gas grill to enjoy.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with pots & pans, blender, crock pot and coffee maker. General basics such as olive oil & spices. Plan something in the crock pot to enjoy a hot meal immediately after a full day on the slopes. |

The dining room is just off the kitchen and features a tall rectangular table with chairs for six. Mountain views make it a perfect place to linger over a meal.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom with private bath is a comfortable retreat for the couple of the house. This bedroom features a queen-size pillow top bed and cable TV. The attached master bath has a glass shower. All linens are provided.

Secondary Bedroom
The second bedroom is located just down the hall from the second bathroom. This bedroom features two twin-size beds. The comfortable Tommy Hilfiger bedding and ample storage space makes for relaxed and content guests. |
Laundry Room

A private washer/dryer, laundry soap, and water softner is available in the condo for your comfort and convenience.

Community Ammenities
The Club House features a heated swimming pool (open May thru October) and a hot tub (open year-round). A fully equiped Fitness Center includes treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and weights. Finally, the Club House features a pool table (converts to ping pong table), chess tables, a cozy fireplace, kitchenette and a big screen TV with theater system.
Directly behind our building you will find a children's playground area surrounded by charcoal grills and picnic tables. There is also an outdoor basketball court.

Parking
There are two underground parking spaces available in the secure garage. Additional parking is available in the nearby parking lots.
Boats and RVs may park temporarily along the street for loading and unloading. Overnight parking of these types of vehicles are asked to park on the road directly behind the condo, Alpine Avenue. |
